This document describes how Onlinevents (OE) the data controller, collects, uses and protects your information.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect the following information: Website visit information using Google Analytics. This may include: the date and time of website visits, the content viewed or searched for and the length of time certain pages are viewed.
When you visit our website you will be offered the optioin of joining the OE mailing list and regsitering for the OE Facebook Messenger update service.
When you join the OE Membership Library we will request personal details so that we can effectively provide you with OE Library Membership. You may wish to record your learning using the OE Learning Log, you can do this by voluntarily entering your learning outcomes on the library page you are engaging with.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To create and operate an OE Library membership you will need to enter your name, email address, create a username and password and enter payment details. These details are entered using our online signup form via a HTTPS connection.
OE does not store the bank details used to create or renew your membership, these are stored on our payment system provider Stripe (www.stripe.com (https://stripe.com/))
Learning logs are stored in with the OE website database using a secure and encrypted server located within the UK. OE Library Members can only access their own learning logs. Access is secured with a username and password chosen by OE Library Members at registration.
OE operates an email mailing list which is used to list subscribers of upcoming events and latest OE news. Users subscribe through an
online process with their email address. All email addresses are held securely in a password protected platform and never passed to a third party. Subscribers can decide whether they would like daily, weekly or monthly emails by updating 'email preferences' on any email received from OE.
All subscribers to our email list have the opportunity to opt out at any time. The option to opt out by clicking on a hyperlink is available at the top and bottom of all OE email campaigns. If you wish to email us and request an opt out from the OE email mailing list please contact OE at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We will not share your personal information with third parties.
6. STORING YOUR INFORMATION
All information entered into the OE website is stored in a securely encrypted database stored on a server which is located within the United Kingdom and adheres to GDPR legislation.
The OE mailing list is provided by Mailchimp which is located in the UK and adheres to standards equivalent to that required by GDPR Legislation.
All information entered into the OE website will be stored for the period that you are a member. Membership cessation will be followed by a deletion of all membership information stored on the OE server within 12 months of membership cessation.
8. HOW YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
You can access the personal information on the OE server using the membership profile and OE Learning Log links displayed prominently on the website.
Alternatively you can email requesting a document containing all your information stored on the OE server in a machine readable format.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:

* To withdraw consent for OE to store your personal information.
